The Leeds Trinity University foundation year is for you if:
- you don't have the qualifications you need for your chosen degree course
- you feel you're not yet ready for degree-level study
- you are returning to education and want some help getting up to speed
We have eight different foundation year pathways, depending on which degree course you'd like to progress to at the end of the year.
The year will develop your academic skills and confidence through four 30-credit 'Level 0' modules.
These modules will introduce you to key concepts, debates and skills that will inform your second, third and fourth years of study.
Applications are welcome from mature students with few or no formal qualifications.
Any previous relevant work experience and learning will be assessed and, where appropriate, accredited as part of the application process.
