Application timeline
Once you’ve received your offer, there’s a lot to think about – but we’re here to help you stay organised.
Our application timeline sets out what UK and EU students need to do and when, with a few extra details for certain courses where needed.

| Reply to your offers | Reply dates are based on when UCAS receives the last decision from your university choices. |
| Visit us for an Applicant Experience Day | March - May |
| Reply to any requests from Leeds Trinity for certificates, such as GCSEs or Level 3 qualifications | After your firm acceptance. Please reply within two weeks of us contacting you. |
| Complete the DBS application process (Primary Education and Nursing students only - you will be contacted directly) | After your firm acceptance. Please reply within two weeks of us contacting you. |
| Complete the health check process with our Occupational Health specialists (Primary Education and Nursing students only) | After your firm acceptance. Please follow the instructions and meet any set deadlines. |
| Apply for finance through Student Finance England or your relevant funding body (UK/Home students only) | February - May We recommend you do this as early as possible to ensure funds arrive on time for the start of your course. |
| Apply for your student accommodation | February - August Once you make Leeds Trinity your firm choice, you will get an email from us inviting you to apply for accommodation. |
| If GCSE, HND, HNC or Foundation course qualifications form part of your offer conditions, send your results by email to admissions@leedstrinity.ac.uk as soon as you have them. | No later than August. |
