What’s happening?
The Senior Leader Apprenticeship Programme is available to senior managers. This programme at Leeds Trinity University provides apprentices with the skills, knowledge and behaviours to become a professional leader of the future. A senior leader is an employee with senior management responsibilities which may include governance or director responsibilities and accountability for direction and vision; providing strategic decision making, analysing market trends and identifying opportunities and risk.
The programme will provide apprentices with an understanding of contemporary theories and models in key areas of business such as strategic management; leadership; strategic finance and managing people. This apprenticeship programme is designed to support apprentices to acquire the knowledge, skills and behaviours defined by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education.
