Podcasts are a growing sector in the broadcast arena, which could be utilised to gain new customers, product/service promotions or simply a place to talk about your area of business. This webinar will be hosted by experienced broadcaster and Leeds Trinity University lecturer, Darren Harper.

What’s happening?

If you're wondering how podcasts could be a vital tool for your business – this is the session for you. Darren will take you through the nuts and bolts of how to produce, present, monetise and market a podcast.

6.00pm: Workshop commences

7.30pm: Q&A session and finish

Where?

In compliance with social distancing guidelines, this session will be delivered remotely through a Microsoft Teams meeting.

How to book

Please register for a place if you are a business under three years old with a desire to grow and employ people. Ad:Venture is focused on supporting new and high-growth businesses. If you are eligible you will be asked to complete a Company Record form before you attend. If you are eligible for these workshops we will contact you to confirm your attendance.

Darren Harper is an experienced broadcaster with over 20 years’ experience, both here and in Australia. He presented a commercial radio breakfast show in Leeds for 10 years and is now the co-host of the LS11 Podcast (British Podcast Award nominee 2019). He's been teaching sports journalism, radio and podcasts for the last seven years – and has been at Leeds Trinity University for three years.
