We’re bringing you a networking session that’s both sweet and salty for the next Leeds Trinity Business Network (LTBN) event, as we’re joined by speakers from ‘Coca-Cola’ and ‘SALT.agency’ to find out exactly what you need to know about changing consumer and client behaviour.

.

What’s happening?

We will be exploring how the new remote working landscape and related challenges can impact brand identity and consumer behaviour – what you need to look for, how you can pivot to remain adaptable, and what practical steps you can take to remain connected with your audiences.

Lauren Raby, Strategy and Insights Specialist at The Coca-Cola Company

In a macroscopic look at consumer behaviour, Lauren will discuss how Western Europe Coca-Cola provided an agile response in consumer research and representation of key data to shape their response to the ongoing challenges of a pandemic. Lauren will look at:

  • What key indicators Coca-Cola look out for in consumer behaviour
  • An overview of recent research findings and how you can apply this to your business
  • Takeaway tips for businesses of all sizes in response to insights gathered over the last six months

Dan Taylor, Head of Research and Development at SALT.agency

SALT.agency provides industry-leading technical marketing and SEO services to organisations across multiple sectors including transport and logistics, manufacturing, fashion, finance, travel and tourism, retail and eCommerce, healthcare, energy and automotive.

Dan will share B2B marketing insights following recent fluctuations in managing user demand and expectation, as a result of the new remote working set up for many in the UK. SMEs will benefit from insights garnered from research conducted by SALT.agency, with practical steps offered to implement these insights into your business strategy.
