We will be exploring how the new remote working landscape and related challenges can impact brand identity and consumer behaviour – what you need to look for, how you can pivot to remain adaptable, and what practical steps you can take to remain connected with your audiences.

In a macroscopic look at consumer behaviour, Lauren will discuss how Western Europe Coca-Cola provided an agile response in consumer research and representation of key data to shape their response to the ongoing challenges of a pandemic. Lauren will look at:

- An overview of recent research findings and how you can apply this to your business
- Takeaway tips for businesses of all sizes in response to insights gathered over the last six months
