Visit us at an Offer-holder Day

After you receive your offer from Leeds Trinity University, it’s time to book your Offer-holder Day.

Exclusively for Leeds Trinity Offer-holders, you’ll experience for yourself what studying with us would be like. Our Offer-holder Days for 2023 entry will be taking place across March – May.

And if you’re travelling from further than 20 miles away, we may cover up to £125 towards your travel costs*.

Once you’ve received your university offers, your next decision is choosing where you’d like to study which can be tricky. Attending an Offer-holder Day is one of the best ways to take a closer look at what studying your subject with Leeds Trinity would be like.
When you attend an Offer-holder Day, you’ll experience:

  • A subject session led by the academics who’ll teach you
  • The opportunity to hear from our current students in a student panel
  • Advice on securing your accommodation and applying for student finance
  • A full campus and accommodation tour

All attendees will receive a free lunch, with free tea, coffee and water available throughout the day.

Our Offer-holder Days take place over half a day, so you can use the rest of your day to explore nearby Horsforth or Leeds city centre.

You may have already visited us for an Open Day – we’d love to welcome you back to campus for an Offer-holder Day.

Offer-holder Days are your opportunity to get much more hands on with your subject, in a session with our academics. In these sessions, you could also meet your future course mates.

You’ll receive detailed advice on securing your accommodation, and applying for student finance, tailored to you as a Leeds Trinity applicant.

Open Days can be very busy – an Offer-holder Day is a great chance to experience anything you didn’t get round to at your Open Day, such as touring our campus and accommodation, or asking questions about your course or student life.

Offer-holder Days are exclusively for Leeds Trinity applicants only. Please do not attend if you have not yet received your offer.

If you hold an offer for two courses and they aren’t part of the same Offer-holder Day, please book on to the Offer-holder Day for your first-choice course of interest. If you wish, you can email SCLhello@leedstrinity.ac.uk to organise a virtual conversation with an academic regarding your second-choice course.

Parents or guests are welcome to join you throughout the Offer-holder Day. Alternatively, there will be a lounge on the day where they’ll be able to relax if they don’t wish to attend the Welcome and Subject session.

We want to make attending an Offer-holder Day as simple and accessible as possible. So, if you’re travelling from more than 20 miles away, we’ll help cover some of the cost so you can join us on campus and enjoy your Offer-holder Day experience.

Money will be paid via secure electronic payment, with full details to be confirmed after the visit. Financial support is available per household, not per member of visiting party. No money will be handed out at the event.
