Nursing application timeline
Once you’ve received your offer, there’s a lot to think about – but we’re here to help you stay organised.
Our application timeline sets out what UK and EU students applying to undergraduate Nursing courses need to do and when.

| Reply to your offers | Reply dates are based on when UCAS receives the last decision from your university choices. Check your application in your UCAS Hub to view your personal deadline. |
| Visit us for an Offer-holder Day | March - May |
| Reply to any requests from Leeds Trinity for certificates, such as GCSEs or Level 3 qualifications | After your firm acceptance. Please reply within two weeks of us contacting you. |
| Complete the DBS application process - you will be contacted about this directly | After your firm acceptance. Please reply within two weeks of us contacting you. |
| Complete the health check process with our Occupational Health specialists | After your firm acceptance. Please follow the instructions and meet any set deadlines. |
| Submit your second reference | After your firm acceptance. Please reply within two weeks of us contacting you. |
| Apply for finance through Student Finance England or your relevant funding body (UK/Home students only) | May - December. We recommend you do this as early as possible. |
| Apply for your accommodation | February - August. Once you make Leeds Trinity your firm choice, you will get an email from us inviting you to apply for accommodation. |
| Apply for your NHS Learning Support Fund grant and support through the NHS LSF (UK/Home students only) | September - December. We recommend you apply as early as possible. You will need to have applied for your student finance first and received your student finance entitlement letter in order to apply for the NHS LSF. |
| Make sure that your offer conditions - both academic and non-academic - are met | End of September. |
| If GCSEs, HND, HNC or Foundation course qualifications form part of your offer conditions, send your results by email to admissions@leedstrinity.ac.uk as soon as you have them. | End of September. |
