We offer complimentary airport transfers, which can be booked by completing the Travel Form. If you need to check into your campus accommodation ahead of the official move-in day, please contact accommodation@leedstrinity.ac.uk.

International check-in

A welcome desk for international students will operate in the Atrium throughout September. Please bring your passport, visa letter/vignette and any other requested documents to complete the International Check-In. The timetable for check-in sessions will be published at the end of August. 

International welcome programme

All international students are invited to take part in this programme, which is specially designed to help new arrivals to the country settle into life and study in the UK. It includes various socialising opportunities, including an Afternoon Tea reception on Wednesday 20 September.

Visiting and Exchange students

The first induction session for visiting and exchange students will be on Monday 18 September. Teaching starts on Monday 25 September. If your chosen modules have timetabled sessions during Welcome Week (Level 4 modules), you will not have to attend these. Your induction sessions will not be on the e:Vision timetable. You can change your module selection up until the end of the first week of teaching.
