Personal Perspectives Degree Show 2026
Wednesday 8 April - Sunday 1 November
Personal Perspectives brings together a diverse group of graduating BA (Hons) Photography students whose work reflects not only what they see, but how they experience and interpret the world around them. Through photography as a tool for inquiry, the exhibition explores themes of identity, memory, place, belonging, and transformation, moving between documentary and constructed realities. Drawing on personal narratives and self-reflection, the artists create work that connects individual experience with wider social, cultural, and environmental conversations.
This exhibition invites viewers to consider the relationship between image and experience, questioning how photography shapes our understanding of ourselves and others. As emerging practitioners, these artists present distinctive bodies of work while opening broader discussions about representation, perspective, and contemporary life. Personal Perspectives marks a significant transition from student to independent creative voice, celebrating the next generation of photographers and the stories they choose to tell.
Photography: UNVEILED
'Unveiled', a photography exhibition created and curated by our Level 6 Photography students.
The exhibition explores emotional honesty and expressive depth, looking introspectively and creating connections between the photographer and the viewer. Find out more about our Level 6 Undergraduate Photography exhibition from our Photography Technical Demonstrator, Adam Mitchinson.
