We work with a global network of agents. If you are a prospective student or an applicant, you can find details of the agents we work with in your country by visiting our country pages for details.
Leeds Trinity University is signed up to the UK Agent Quality Framework pledge. We expect our representatives to be honest and transparent with the information they communicate about the University. They will not pressure you into any decision, will always respect your choices and act in your best interest providing accurate information that allows you to make informed decisions.
Some of our agents will offer face-to-face support and have offices in the location where you live. Others may make more use of digital channels, including the provision of platforms or portals through which you can communicate.
When it comes to choosing an agent, Leeds Trinity University will not recommend one agent over another. If you wish to use an agent, you must choose one which is best equipped to meet your needs. For guidance please read the British Council guide to choosing an education agent.
- Please be aware that some agents charge students a counselling fee and we advise you to check and clarify all charges in advance.
- You should also check if an agent is authorised to represent Leeds Trinity University by visiting our country pages for a list of agents we work with. In some cases, our agents may work with other agents (sometimes referred to as sub-agents). We will not have contracts with these partners and are not able to support them in the same way.
- You should never pay any course deposits or tuition fee payments to an agent. These must always be paid directly to the university.
