As one of the biggest legal centres outside of London, Leeds couldn't be a better city to start your legal career and take advantage of the variety of employment opportunities in the region.

In our Law School, you'll gain the knowledge, skills and experience you need while receiving the personal support and guidance that we are renowned for.

You'll be based at the Law School at our new Leeds City Campus, due to open for the 2024/25 academic year. A brand new learning space right in the heart of the city, you'll have access to modern facilities and study spaces and be minutes away from Leeds train station.

Professional legal experience is at the heart of our Law degrees. Professional work placements form an integral part of your studies and opportunities for pro bono activity will enable you to build an invaluable portfolio of legal experience during your degree.

Our students have worked in commercial and corporate law firms, criminal defence practices and travel law specialists, as well as law and legal service providers or in youth justice, policing and penal justice settings.

One of the reasons I chose Leeds Trinity was the placements. The field I’m in is competitive, so having experience of working in the legal sector enables me to stand out from the crowd.
