Delve into the science behind human thought and behaviour by studying a degree in Psychology.
We offer several pathways in Psychology giving you the chance to gain a broad understanding of Psychology or to specialise in specific areas such as Counselling, Child Development, Sport or Forensic Psychology – all of which are accredited by the British Psychological Society. Alternatively, we offer degrees which give you an insight into the study of Psychology, alongside Criminology or Sociology.
You’ll learn from active researchers with extensive applied experience, who will work with you to develop your knowledge and research skills. You’ll also gain practical experience in our psychology facilities, including dedicated psychology laboratories and observation rooms.
Professional experience is at the heart of all our Psychology degrees. We’re one of only a few UK universities to include professional work placements with every undergraduate degree. This means you’ll graduate with relevant professional experience and contacts that will set you apart from other graduates – without taking a year out.
“I loved the wide range of topics that we covered and always came out of lectures with new knowledge and a different perspective.”
