School Direct partners

A School Direct PGCE gives you the chance to complete your primary or secondary teacher training with a particular partnership of schools. If you feel ready to go straight into a school, our School Direct route might suit you. Leeds Trinity will be your provider, but from day one, you’ll be in a school and your training will be delivered by experienced teachers, as well as university lecturers in partnership with the school.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) safety measures

Now that COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted in England, we are planning to host our Open Days on campus. Please note this could change at short notice following any changes to Government guidance. If we’re not able to invite you to campus we will provide a virtual open day experience.

We take the safety and wellbeing of all our visitors to Leeds Trinity very seriously, and we've put in place measures that will help keep you safe while on campus:

  • Face coverings are strongly recommended to be worn inside campus buildings (except for those who are exempt)
  • Stringent cleaning and additional ventilation where possible
  • Frequent reminders to wash hands and use hand sanitiser

If you have one or more of the following coronavirus symptoms: a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste, or have been in close contact with anyone displaying any of these symptoms, please do not attend the Open Day.
