Leeds Trinity University is ranked in the top 25 of all UK universities for student satisfaction, according to the Guardian University Guide 2020.

The institution is ranked 10th nationally for feedback, 24th for teaching and 25th for overall course satisfaction, with all three rankings improving in the last year.

Business courses at the University were particularly praised by students - ranked number one in the country for teaching satisfaction, third for overall course satisfaction and fourth for feedback. Philosophy ranks in the top 10 for teaching, and English and Creative Writing is in the top 10 for feedback.

Professor Margaret A House OBE, Vice-Chancellor at Leeds Trinity University, said: "To see such high levels of satisfaction from our students is wonderful and a real endorsement for the unique approach we take here at Leeds Trinity University. Knowing our students personally and supporting them individually throughout their course of study is something we take huge pride in. I'd like to thank my colleagues, academic staff, professional services staff and everyone at the University for the part they play in enhancing the student experience at our University."

For the fourth consecutive year the University also remains in the top 10 universities nationally for 'value-added'; a rating out of 10 which compares students' degree results with their entry qualifications, to show how effectively they are taught. The institution's Business courses scored the maximum 10 out of 10 for value-added, ranking the courses number one in the country for value-added, with Education courses scoring eight out of 10, ranking the courses 8th nationally.

Andy Gilliland, Academic Group Leader for Business at Leeds Trinity University, said: "We're really proud of the results which highlight how satisfied our students are at Leeds Trinity. As a smaller university we pride ourselves on offering a personalised student experience and I know this is echoed across all the departments of the University. We are all exceptionally proud of the results."
