The MSc in Health and Wellbeing is a two year, part-time blended learning course. This involves two intensive weekends at the beginning of each semester (e.g. Friday to Sunday in September and again in early Feb). The rest of the study is completed at home, online with the support of course tutors and a peer network. The course will comprise of 17 week semesters. This will involve 1 intensive learning weekend, an introductory week, 15 weeks of tasks and 1week of completion.
Blended learning and online studying involves attending the intensive weekend and then receiving a comprehensive file which will include module information. Students will then use an online programme to interact with each other, the course tutor and complete tasks. Students will also interact with tutors in one to one tutoring support, either online or through phone communication.This delivery mode enables professionals to continue working either full time, or with a small reduction in hours in order to complete the Masters course. The online learning tasks and distance learning methods enable a diverse range of students to successfully complete the course.

3. Dissertation (CORE)
The dissertation is 15000 words and involves original research and analysis on a topic reflective of the overall Masters course and individual interest.
Facilities
Although this is a blended learning course with the majority of study being completed through distance learning, students will experience the first class learning and practical facilities at Leeds Trinity University College.
Students attending the intensive weekends will have access to recently built sports facilities including a public fitness suite, sports hall and rehabilitation rooms as well as a modern and pleasant campus just six miles from Leeds city centre.
The learning centre offers a comfortable, modern study space with the latest technology and an exceptional range of resources.
Entry Requirements
Students would normally be expected to hold a good honours degree in a related subject such as Exercise and Sport Sciences, Public Health, Health Psychology etc. Candidates with degrees in non related subjects will also be considered if they hold mployment experience or can demonstrate a committed interest to health and wellbeing.
Students would be expected to complete an application form, a letter of intent and will be asked to conduct either a telephone interview, or where appropriate, an interview in person.

Tuition Fees
£5,050 (EU Students)
(fees per 180 credits; pro-rata for part-time students)
Students will receive a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) after completing 60 credits (one year).
Students will receive a Postgraduate Diploma after completing 120 credits (2 years).
Students will receive an MSc after completing 180 credits (2 years plus dissertation).
