Fitness classes

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Whether it's having fun trying out new sports to keep active and healthy or joinin​g weekly sporting activities, we're sure there is something for everyone. 
We host a range of fitness activity classes for you at certain times during the week. These include: 

- Teen Gym for those aged between 13 and 17 to use the fitness suite under the supervision of a qualified instructor

- Pilates for begi​nner and inte​​rmediate levels

- Legs, Bums and Tums

- RBK Spin

- Zumba

- Iyengar Yoga

- Cardio and Core Circuit

- Kettlebell classes​​
