The Inspiring Futures Programme is an exciting fundraising programme, launched by former Chancellor Gabby Logan in 2016, during Leeds Trinity's University's 50th anniversary year. The programme financially supports students who want to study abroad or compete in elite-level sport alongside their studies, and recent graduates who want to develop their own business. There are three strands of funding:
The first Inspiring Futures grants were awarded during the 2017-18 academic year with 22 students and graduates receiving more than £16,500 to support them in achieving their goals. Find out more in our IFP report.

Events and Donations
All financial support offered through the Inspiring Futures Programme is fundraised through University events and donations.
In 2017-18, more than £24,000 was raised for our students and graduates. Activities included a Trinity Talk with Nobel Peace Laureate Mairead Corrigan-Maguire, a staff Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, Alumni reunions, campus cake sales, a Christmas raffle and many more events and activities. We also received a number of personal donations for which we are extremely thankful.
