Leeds United v Watford

Leeds have only won one of their last five games and will be looking to get their promotion bid back on track against a Hornets side who have seen their own play-off hopes all but dashed recently – losing three of their last four.

Grayson was unrelenting in criticising his charges after seeing his team overcome at Pride Park on Tuesday night, calling the team “naïve” after allowing Derby to come back from a goal down to win 2-1.

“It was hugely disappointing,” he said. “It was a game for us to win because they were down on confidence and hadn’t been winning.

“We got the goal and then we were just too naïve.”

Leeds currently lie in sixth place, a point ahead of play-off chasing Nottingham Forest, and will be hoping to have Robert Snodgrass – who is still recovering from a back injury – available for the fixture.

Watford – who battled their way to a 2-2 draw against high-flying Norwich City on Tuesday – have a full-strength squad available, including 27-goal powerhouse Danny Graham.

The striker said that though Watford have a difficult run-in, they are up for the big games.

“For some reason we seem to play better against the bigger teams,” he said. “It’s a strange league.

“Over the next few weeks we’re facing teams with something to play so maybe it will give the games an extra edge.”

Tickets for the fixture have been reduced in price to £19 for adults and £11 for juniors – call 0871 334 1992 to order yours.
