Student Administration

Student Administration is responsible for the central administration of all applicant and student records and for providing related services and support to applicants, students and staff.

We deal with a range of matters from application and induction through to examination, results confirmation and graduation, including the following:

  • Admissions (undergraduate and postgraduate)
  • Primary Education interview days
  • UCAS/UCAS Teacher Training liaison
  • Clearing
  • Student records
  • Student Loans and Bursaries
  • Modular academic provision
  • Exams, results, progression and graduation
  • Local Authority liaison
  • Progress Tutor system
  • Teaching timetable
Access, Location and Opening Times
We are situated in AM36 (Mezzanine floor, main block) and our normal opening hours are:

Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00
Friday: 09:00 – 16:00

Please contact us via email on or call 0113 283 7120. 

The office has lift access: please contact us if you require use of the lift so that we may provide clear instructions as to its operation.
We will display clear notices if we ever need to close the office temporarily during our normal opening hours.

All members of our team are involved in the operation of key Student Administration events, such as applicant days, clearing, registration and examinations.
