About our Publication Scheme

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, every Higher Education Institution is required to specify what information they publish, how the information is made available, and whether it is available free of charge or needs to be purchased. 

Leeds Trinity University College follows the model publication scheme introduced by the UK's Information Commissioner 1st Jan 2009 for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act.

Searching the Publication Scheme
To provide easy access to this information we have collected our information into Classes of Information. Our Publication Scheme allows you to browse and see what information is available. Once you have located the information you require, you will be able to access it through this web-site. Where direct access is not possible you will be told how the information can be obtained.

Charging for Publication Scheme items
Information that we make available on the web is free of charge, although the user would of course have to meet any charges by their Internet Service Provider, personal printing costs, etc.

These documents are also available for those without Internet access together with any documents that are not available through the web service. These can be requested through the Freedom of Information Office. Please refer to the publication scheme for details of fees applicable.
