How do I access my email from the College campus (internal)?
First, login to the college PC using your username and password. A screen similar to the one below will appear. Now, simply double click the icon called 'OWA Email' to access your email.

How do I access my email from outside of the college (external)?

Enter your username & password and click 'login'. A new screen will open.
Under the 'Web Application' heading click the link called 'My Leeds Trinity Email'.

Your email in box will appear and you and read and send emails in the usual way. Once finished click the 'sign out' link at the top of the screen.

What features does the college email have?
Leeds Trinity uses the Microsoft Outlook email software, which features:
- an inbox which you can tailor to store and manage your e-mails more effectively
- a task list to help you to prioritise your daily work schedule
- a calendar which you can use to add important dates and set reminders
- a contacts facility which is just like an address book in which you can store e-mail addresses
Is there a spell check?
Yes, when you create a message click
on the message toolbar.

What if I delete an email by mistake?
In OWA, deleted emails are automatically stored in a deleted items folder and can be quickly and easily recovered.
