Remote Access to Staff and Student Resources

• Enter the following web address
• http://www.leedstrinity.ac.uk then click on the staff/student login link (top right)
• Alternatively you can go direct to our remote access page at https://remote.leedstrinity.ac.uk/
  
• A screen similar to the one shown below will be displayed

• Enter your username & password
  • username - for first years this is your name followed by 3 numbers. For returning students this is your Student ID number.
  • password - your Leeds Trinity password
• Click Logon

You should now see a list of links including Leeds Trinity Intranet, My email and My documents.

Network drives that are available to you will be listed under Window Files.

Now click the link that you require to view your documents

When you click on "My documents" then you will see a list of folders on the left hand side of your screen.

Click on the required folder name to see the files.

To open a document

Click on the folder name
Click on the file name

Note: The filename will then be displayed at the top of your screen on the right hand side. In the sample screen below the file called 'Presentaton2.ppt' in the folder admissions has been selected.

Click on "Load into Browser option"

This will then open a new Internet Explorer window and you can then save locally by using your right mouse button and chosing save target as.
