Most of our first year students decide to live on campus. We provide a secure base where you can make new friends in a friendly and supportive environment, safe in the knowledge that your accommodation is owned and managed by people who have your best interests at heart.

Leeds is a thriving and vibrant city with a large student population, so if you don’t fancy living on campus there’s lots of cheap (and not so cheap!) student accommodation available across the city.
Accommodation Types
We can offer you a variety of accommodation on our quiet, green campus on the outskirts of Leeds (but don’t worry it’s not too quiet… the student union is onsite), or some off campus accommodation based in Headingley (a very lively student area and just a bus ride from Leeds Trinity).
All our on-site accommodation is within a short walk from all of the facilities on campus… so you can get up 20 minutes before your morning lecture and pick up a decent cup of coffee on the way!
Accommodation for First Years
We expect to have around 490 rooms available this year (450 on campus and 40 in Headingley), most of which will be reserved for first year undergraduates. We are normally able to accommodate all first year students who want to live on campus.
All our contracts are for 39 weeks and the prices include heating, lighting and hot water, as well as personal possessions insurance for the duration of your contract.

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE IN 2010/11? WOULD YOU LIKE TO COME BACK AND LIVE IN HALLS?
Leeds Trinity are offering a limited number of returning students a chance to live on campus again next year. All returning students will be housed together in a Hall of Residence separate from 1st year students.
Rooms will be available in a self-catered shared facility hall at a very competitive cost of £80 per week (including internet and all services).
You could also decide to open up a Catering account and receive a 10% on purchases throughout the year
