TrinityFitness members can book 8 days in advance, Pay & Play members can book 7 days in advance.

All classes are led by our qualified instructors and are available to both members and non-members. Pay As You Go prices are £3.50 for morning and lunchtime classes and £5.00 for all evening sessions (unless stated otherwise on the timetable). Booking is essential.

 *Please collect your class ticket from reception at least 15 minutes prior to the class starting.  You will not be able to participate in your class without a ticket.
