The Media Services office and the majority of the facilities are situated in the Media Centre on the ground floor.

Following a major refurbishment, The Media Centre offers a range of up-to-date equipment including: large and small format tapeless professional camcorders; multiple edit suites, two television studios and a radio studio.

Portable equipment has been enhanced by the addition of digital dictaphones, a range of compact stills cameras and flip-style pocket camcorders.

Media Services caters for both staff and students, and provides everything you might need in terms of equipment, training and services to enable you to achieve your goals at LTUC. Contact staff on extension 250, e-mail Media Services, or drop in and have a look around. Media Services provides media facilities and advice for all University College users, not just for media students! 

Physical hard copies of off-air recordings can still be requested through Media Services (subject to ERA licence). Online recordings for both staff and students can be accessed via BOB (Box of Broadcasts).

Media Centre can provide a range of media training days for corporate clients. The facilities may be dry hired by your own training providers or training packages can be organised through our own industry media professionals. Facilities such as edit suites (Avid/Final Cut), television and radio studios are available for hire to fulfil your own company projects.

Our new facilities can provide industry standard production equipment housed in an attractive environment backed up by professional, technical and academic support.
