Current or most recent occupation/s

Craig is the p/t Clerk to the Board of Governors and Company Secretary at LTU and is also the p/t Governance Adviser and Clerk to the Corporation at Leeds College of Building. 

Craig has also supported governance at Knowsley, St Helens, Calderdale and Tameside Colleges and has also been in developing governance support and Clerking mentoring programmes with Touch Consulting (funded by the Education and Training Foundation). 

Previous to Clerking, he has had various operational and strategic roles within training and employment services for vulnerable young people and adults at Incommunities, Bradford Council, Aspire-I ltd, and Connexions West Yorkshire.

Qualifications

  • Level 5 Clerk's Award (Warwick University)
  • Institute of Leadership and Management – Level 5         
  • BA (Hons) Community Studies

Other roles and memberships

Currently Craig is a Board member at the White Rose Academy Trust and has previously served on the Board at Leeds City College, was Vice Chair of Leeds College of Technology and was Chair of Careers Yorkshire and Humber.
