We hope you enjoy your study and professional development with us in the Institute for Childhood and Education, where you will be supported by an experienced and enthusiastic teaching team. Preparing for study checklist
Organisation of your time and resources is key to effective study. Below is a checklist for your own use, to help you to think through some considerations.
Preparing for the first module
The FDA 4002 Developing Professional Practice and Learning Skills module is an introduction to Higher Education and the skills you will need for study.
It also establishes the first part of the reflective journal - the ‘Professional Development Log’ - that you will maintain during your programme of study. The download below contains some tasks to complete before session 1 on Monday 21 September.
