Leeds Trinity Business Network Lunch – September 2017

The Practical Art of Strategic Thinking

On Wednesday 6 September, the Leeds Trinity Business Network welcomes Nigel Cork (DPI Europe) and Roger Etchells (Episode ISO Consultants) to discuss 'The Practical Art of Strategic Thinking'.

Nigel argues that so many of us work on our businesses on a month by month basis; developing business leads and income for short term gain and often without a longer term plan.

In this session, Nigel and Roger, both experienced thought leaders on strategy and innovation, will talk us through the key reasons why having a strategy is so essential for professionals and businesses of any size in order to grow. Whether as a refresher or as a brand new exercise, this interactive session will get you thinking strategically about your business and will provide delegates with a takeaway step-by-step guide to identify and create the beginnings of their very own strategy or business plan.

A buffet lunch and refreshments are provided and networking is encouraged before the session begins at 1.30pm, and afterwards at 2.30pm.

Everyone is welcome.
