Interested in a career in Journalism or Media? You can't afford to miss Leeds Trinity University's Journalism and Media Week 2018, offering you the chance to listen to, work with, network, and learn from a wide range of professionals who are at the top of their profession.
Journalism and Media Week has established a reputation for bringing some of the key figures in the industry to Leeds, and this year, the University celebrates 10 years of Journalism and Media Week with an exciting line-up of speakers.

All of our speakers will provide a unique insight into their roles, how to get into the industry, what to expect, how to succeed once you are there and how to improve your chances of success. A full timetable of talks and workshops will be released in the next few weeks.

Who should attend?
While the majority of guests will be studying Journalism and Media at Leeds Trinity and other universities, the week is open to anyone with an interest in a career in Journalism or Media, those already working in the industry, and those who just want to hear more from our speakers!
Everyone is welcome to attend any session at Leeds Trinity's Journalism and Media Week.
We also welcome students from schools and colleges – individually or in groups – please contact Steven Forsyth in our Student Recruitment and Outreach Team to find out how you can arrange this, and prospective students who may be considering studying with us from 2019.
All sessions are free – with the exception of our Wednesday evening Trinity Talk with the Reverend Kate Bottley.
How to book
If you're a student at Leeds Trinity University, there's no need to book for any of the talks – just simply turn up to each session. However you will be asked to sign up for the workshops which have limited availability. Booking for these sessions will open shortly.
