The Business Growth Collective (BGC)

If you are thinking of starting a business or you've recently launched your own business, it's been trading less than three years and based in the Leeds City Region, we can offer you support through the Ad:Venture Project's Business Growth Collective (BGC).

What's happening?

Based on the principles of 'Action Learning', the Business Growth Collective (BGC) initiative is a powerful way to solve 'real' problems and barriers to business growth which involves asking questions, trialling solutions and reflecting upon the results in small teams.

Prepare to be challenged by your peers, spark new ideas, fine tune your problem-solving skills and take action on complex, thorny or long standing issues. Join other business owners and tap into the power of multiple minds to overcome whatever stands between you and business growth.

The sessions are led by experienced facilitators, each with a proven track record in business support and action learning for small businesses.

The group will be facilitated by Andrew Gilliland, Academic Group Lead for Business and Ad:Venture Academic Coordinator.

The next group will meet Wednesday 25 April from 5.30 – 8.30pm, and the group will agree the next five meeting dates.

Leeds Trinity University Enterprise Centre, Brownberrie Lane, Horsforth, Leeds LS18 5HD

Quotes from November 2017 Business Growth Collective at Leeds Trinity University:

"It was a great opportunity to share challenges of my business, but to also receive ideas to resolve them and to be challenged to actually act on them"

"You are not alone, other businesses are in the same situation and there to support you."
