The M.A. in Victorian Studies at Leeds Trinity has been running since the early 1990s, making it one of the longest-running MA's in the field in the U.K. It offers core modules introducing key questions in the history and culture of the period, and providing essential research skills, and a range of option modules from a range of disciplinary perspectives, including History, English, Art History, Music, etc.
The programme is designed to be taken either full-time or part-time, and appeals both to recent graduates and those returning after a break to academic work. Teaching sessions are in the evenings. The M.A. operates a 'pay as you learn' system, and rather than paying a single programme fee, students pay on a module-by-module basis.
Bursaries, offering some remission of fees are available.
Further information on the programme is available here.
