Your Interview Day will last for approximately one hour and will comprise two elements: an individual interview and a short teaching demonstration.
The individual interview will give you a chance to demonstrate your oral and non-verbal communication skills. Part of this process will involve presenting a resource that you would use to support learning in a Maths or English lesson with your chosen age phase of children. Following this, you will be asked a series of questions that directly link to current issues within Primary Education.
The teaching demonstration is your chance to show us your teaching potential with a short task, which you can download below. After this demonstration, we'll ask you a series of questions relating to your approach to planning and teaching.
