The only way to really get to know which university is the one for you is by visiting it – before and after you've been made an offer.
Once you've received an offer to study at Leeds Trinity University for September 2020, we'll give you two options to visit us depending on the course you've applied for.
Option 1: Applicant Visits
Applicant Visits are exclusive events for students, like you, who have received an offer to study at Leeds Trinity University.
You may have already visited us at an Open Day, but Applicant Visits are completely different. In fact, our entire approach to Applicant Visits is very different to other universities.
Unlike a big Open Day event, or applicant days at other universities with hundreds of guests, our Applicant Visits are personalised visits for small groups of applicants.
We’ll take you on a campus tour, but we’ll give you the option to tailor it to the aspects of university life that interest you the most – whether that’s the professional work placements we build into every degree, the chance to study or volunteer abroad, or the sports teams you can join. It’s a unique chance to get a detailed picture of what studying at Leeds Trinity would offer you.
Your Applicant Visit will also include an academic session led by one of your future lecturers. Depending on your course, this will be an informal chat – to give us the chance to get to know you better and for you to ask questions about the course – or group activity designed to give you a taster of the subject.
There’s no need to prepare anything, but by taking part we may be able to change your offer to an unconditional offer if your course is eligible for our Enhanced Offer Scheme*. Find out more about our unconditional offers.

Choose your date and time
Our weekday Applicant Visits take place every Tuesday and Wednesday between 12.00pm and 4.00pm and every Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm. These visits will include a one-to-one academic session and a campus tour. We recommend allowing up to two hours for your Applicant Visit.
Our Saturday Applicant Visits take place at 10.00am and 12.00pm. These visits are for Criminology, Sociology and Policing, Psychology and Sports and Physical Education courses and will include a group activity rather than a one-to-one academic session. There will also be parents sessions on Saturdays.
Bring your family and friends
We encourage you to bring your friends and family along with you – choosing a university is a big decision, so we understand how important it is to involve them in the decision-making process. You're welcome to bring as many friends and family as you like.
*Foundation Year degrees aren't eligible for the Enhanced Offer Scheme.
Option 2: Campus Tours
If you received your offer after attending an Interview Day for Primary Education, Journalism or Broadcast Journalism, and would like to visit us again, book a Campus Tour between 1.00pm and 2.00pm every Wednesday during term-time.
Like Applicant Visits, Campus Tours can be tailored to what you want – when you book your place, let us know what you want to see and discuss and we'll arrange this for you.
