Strength and conditioning is widely acknowledged by athletes and coaches as a vital component of achieving peak performance and reducing injury. It’s a growing area, with demand for strength and conditioning coaches increasing rapidly.
On this course, you’ll work towards the key requirements for strength and conditioning coaches – a degree in sport and exercise sciences that will help you develop the knowledge you’ll need to become accredited by the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA).
This course is endorsed by the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences - the professional body for sport and exercise sciences in the UK.
