You can broaden your career choices with a Psychology degree or specialise in one of four routes: Counselling Psychology, ​Forensic Psychology, Psychology and Child Development, or Sport Psychology.  

Whatever you choose, you'll be taught the key areas of psychological theory by research-active lecturers with extensive industry experience. You'll also make use of our outstanding facilities, which include dedicated psychology laboratories and observation centres.

Psychology degrees are widely recognised by employers for their transferable skills and you'll put these skills into practice during two professional work placements. All our courses are accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), which means you'll be qualified to complete further study and training in your chosen field, as well as able to diversify into other specialist areas of psychologist practice.
