How We Are Governed
Overall responsibility for the activities of the Leeds Trinity rests with its Board of Governors.
The Board delegate the day-to-day management of Leeds Trinity to the Principal and Chief Executive, Prof Freda Bridge, who is advised by the Strategic Management Team. In addition the Board of Governors delegates oversight of the academic function of the University College to the Academic Board. The Principal is an ex-officio member of the Board of Governors and the Chairperson of the Academic Board.
