An agreement has been reached with a local taxi firm that includes the following provisions :

• All drivers have undergone Police vetting procedures prior to employment with the firm
• Ring Back Service - increases safety. Instead of waiting outside for an Arrow Car, the phone the call was made from (mobile or landline) will ring twice to announce its arrival.
• Text Back Service - In addition to the Ring Back (and for added safety) a text is sent to the caller's mobile phone giving details of the taxi i.e. make and model, colour and registration.
• GPRS Satellite Tracking System – More accurate estimates of when your car will arrive.
• All cars are now metered.
• A list of set fares for certain journeys commencing or terminating at Leeds Trinity click here to view
• Facilities for disabled users available on some vehicles with drivers trained in the handling and safe storage of wheelchairs – please request when booking
• Free Phones to summon cars - sited in the stairwell near Leeds Trinity Main Reception and the Leeds Trinity Student Union
