Earlier this year, we began the process of developing a new Strategic Plan to reflect the values, ideas and ambitions of Leeds Trinity University from 2018 until 2021.
This plan sets out clear objectives and ambitions for the University, but focuses on the strengths and elements that make our University distinct.
We believe we are a truly distinctive university
In preparing for our new Strategic Plan, we consulted widely with our stakeholders. The common picture is that we are deeply admired and respected for our community culture (informed by our Catholic values) and the desire is for us to continue to maximise our strengths as a friendly, intimate and connected community providing a highly tailored and career-driven student experience.
We recognise that our higher education experience is best delivered through a joined-up approach, and that it is fundamental to our future success. Over the coming years, we will further strengthen our partnership working, we will ensure that students are presented with a wider range of experiences, and we will utilise our academic expertise to help to address the problems that our external partners face.
Leeds Trinity is the sum of many parts. Our successes and achievements are the result of a tremendous team effort from our staff, students, our Students' Union, our governors, and the many hundreds of employers, partners, collaborators and stakeholders who support us on a daily basis. This joined-up approach is fundamental to our future success.
