The University's day-to-day management is overseen by Vice-Chancellor, Professor Margaret A House, who is advised by the Executive. Professor House is an ex-officio member of the Board of Governors and the Chairperson of the Academic Board.

The Board of Governors is responsible for the activities of the University. It delegates Leeds Trinity's day-to-day management to our Vice-Chancellor and the academic function to the Academic Board.
