New Classes starting in July
Conditioned Fitness. Starts Tuesday 13th July, 7-8pm
A fun and fast paced conditioning class making use of equipment such as kettlebells, power bags and bungee cords. Come to the first class and receive a free t-shirt!!
Zumba
Zumba has so far proved very popular. Classes cost £3 for members, £4 for non members. Please book in at reception. For more details please visit the official Zumba website here or check out this youtube video .
Promotion- Bring a Friend for FREE!!
This July every member can bring a friend for free to the following classes.
X- Training- Wednesdays 7-8pm
Iyengar Yoga- Thursdays 6-7pm
Terms and Conditions
Non- member to complete guest pass at reception.
Only 1 guest pass per person.
Members can book 8 days in advance.
To attend classes please check in at reception at least 15 minutes prior to class starting.
What's On
If you feel that you need a bit more encouragement or support then don't despair Trinity Fitness can help!! We offer personalised 1-2-1 sessions where a qualified fitness instructor will design a specific exercise programme tailored to your goals and needs. Sessions last 60mins and are included in your membership. Once you've had your initial 1-2-1 session we then offer continued support through regular review sessions. These help to make sure that you stay oin track and keep exercise sessions interesting and enjoyable.
As well as our 1-2-1 sessions we also offer Health Checks. These will give you a great overview of your current health and give you the chance to ask our instructors anything that's on your mind. Among other things the Health Check will give you an idea of your current:-
Bodyfat levels
Fitness Levels
Calorific Needs
- Hydration Levels
Health Checks are usually £10 but we're currently offering them free of charge to new members! Book one today!!
Finally, if you fancy a change from the gym then we offer a full range of fitness classes. From Boxercise to Aerobics, Indoor Cycling to Street Dance. We're sure you'll find something that takes your fancy. Check out our class timetable here
